We offer a comprehensive range of high-quality composite sheets. We combine decades of experience in composites with state-of-the-art equipment and certified processes. As a result, we develop and produce highly specific and individual composite sheets and cuttings, according to your needs.
Whether based on our proven brands or as a made-to-order composition, our sheets provide the highest quality for a wide range of applications.
We produce panels for a wide range of industrial applications in our high-pressure, low-pressure and semi-continuous presses. Our common formats are 1170 x 1070 mm, 2070 x 1070 mm, but large formats are also possible up to 4300 x 1300 mm. Our technical capabilities for the material thickness ranges from a few tenths of a millimeter to 150 mm. The composite panels are available as press-finished or sanded – in raw format or cut-to-size. We are able to dry or wet grind our sheets and reach thickness tolerances of ±0.02 mm.
We offer composite panels in many possible combinations of reinforcement materials, resins and fillers.
Our most common resins are epoxy, polyester, silicone, phenolic, polyimide resins. In addition, we employ as reinforcement glass fabrics, glass mats, mica paper, aramid fabrics, cotton fabrics, cellulose paper and carbon fabrics. From this we create a broad portfolio of standard qualities and strong brand materials for highly demanding applications.
