Design and calculation

Digital process planning

Our planning department programs the processing of complex components using CAD-CAM and then simulates production processes to determine exact running times. Our experts check the simulations and are happy to support you with application-oriented component optimization in order to save production costs.

Digital setup plans and standardized parameters and work sequences ensure excellent reproducibility of the components.

Effecient delivery on your batch order

Series production

Structured and transparent procedures and processes guarantee the smooth execution of your series order. Thanks to our digital setup plans and standardized work sequences, we always keep an overview – even with the largest orders.

In addition, we can document the high quality of our products during production through our fully automatic measurement in the processing system and further tests in our test laboratories. We would be happy to certify this to you with appropriate certificates (e.g. 3.1 or 3.2 according to EN 10204:2004)
